Questo tipo di banco viene appositamente progettato per la trafilatura sia interna che esterna di tubi di grosso calibro e di barre di diametro elevato. La sua struttura, monoblocco in acciaio montato su bancale elettrosaldato, conferisce alla macchina un'elevata rigidità e solidità. La trasmissione del moto è realizzata con un ridutore ad assi ortogonali collegato all'albero di trasmissione mediante giunto elastico e con una catena rinforzata con un altissimo carico di lavoro; inoltre, grazie all'installazione di un motore di adeguata potenza si ottiene un'elevata forza di trafilatura, pari a circa 10.000 Kg., consentendo in questo modo grossi passaggi. La macchina è dotata di un impianto di lubrificazione adeguata al tipo di lavoro che esegue, con vasca di recupero, ed è corredata di una bacinella estraibile per il recupero degli sfridi. il carrello di tazione, adeguamente dimensionato, ha gli organi in movimento completamente racchiusi all'interno dello stesso, per garantire una maggiore sicurezza dell'operatore. Il vantaggio di questo carrello che ha le pinze intercambiabili, consiste nella possibilità di trafilare tubi da un diametro minimo di mm. 0 ad un diametro massimo di mm. 40. Il banco trafila è dotato di velocità variabile realizzata mediante l'adozione di un inverter eettronico, regolabile da un apposito potenziometro installato sul pannello di controllo. Questo pannello, montato su braccio girevole permette l'azionamento dei comandi da diverse posizioni, adeguandosi alle necessità dell'operatore. Questa macchina viene fornita completa con tutte le protezioni necessarie a salvaguardare la sicurezza dell'operatore. Questa macchina è inoltre fornibile con carrello a ritorno automatico.

Its structure, monobloc in steel, mounted on an electric welded bench, gives to the machine a high stiffness and solidity. The transmission is made by a reduction gear which is connect to the transmission shaft by means of a flexible coupling and with a reinforced chain having a high work load; moreover, thanks the installation of a right power motor you can have a high drawing power which is about 10.000 Kg. In this case it is possible to have big passages of drawing. The machine is equipped with a lubricating system which is suitable at the type of working, with recovery tank and it is equipped with a basin that can be pulled out to facilitate the cleaning. The carriage has the movable mechanisms that are completely included inside it, to guarantee a bigger security for the operator. The advantage with this kind of carriage that has got the interchangeable pliers, is that it has the possibility to have big passages of drawing.
